Q: How long time I will receive my order?

A: Usually, you will receive your dress in 20-25 days after you pay it. If you need it urgent, please let us know when you order it. We will make it as rush order, and you will receive it in 10-15 days. Your will be charged $30 for rush order.

Q: Custom taxes

A: As our experience, most of the countries will charge import duty. In order to save cost for you, we have marked around $30-40.00 on the invoice. In this you will pay less or don’t need pay custom taxes.

Q: How can you guarantee my dress will be in good quality?

A: In order to make a top quality dress for you, we always use the best quality fabric in all of our dresses and care about every details. QC will check every dress careful when it is finished, and when your dress is packaged to send out, we will check all detail again.

Q: What if something is wrong with my order?

A: If there is something wrong with your dress when you receive it, please contact us asap. We will try our best to solve your problem in first time.

Return policy

We will try our best to make a perfect dress for all buyers. However, if there is any problem with the dress you received. We are very sorry for this. We will accept returns if it is our mistake, such as we made wrong size, color or wrong delivery time.

a. Please contact us, and state the problem of your dress in 3 day after you receive it. Item must be returned with 7 days of accepting the delivery.

b. Buyer responsibility to the return shipping cost.

c. Customer made dress is not accept return, include custom made size, color and custom made design.
