Logarithmic power detector (AD8307)

First, the product application:

AD8307 is applied to the 500 MHz frequency within the dynamic range of 92 dB (-75 dBm- + 17 dBm) multistage logarithmic amplifier. It uses an 8-pin SOIC-N package, as shown in FIG. Use 2.7 ~ 5.5 V, 7.5 mA from a single supply, low-power, 3 V power consumption of only 22.5 mW. It can be widely applied to the signal power need accurate measurement of high frequency communication and instrumentation systems. When measuring power use AD8307, typical linear slope of 0.025 V / dB, a measurement range of -75 dBm ~ + 16 dBm. . Shielding shell and anti-reverse protection diode.
