Shipping note

3. Please make sure the shipping address is the same as filled Aliexpress order.

4. Brazil customer please tell your tax NO. (CNP NO. or CPF NO.). If choose DHL or FedEx.

5. Russian customer please give the receiver's full name.

6. Saudi Arabia customer please tell your ID card number if you choose ARAMEX

7. Company & European customer please provide the EORI NO. If choose the FedEx shipping.

8. Remote area fee excluded, for addresses listed in the Remote areas on DHL/FedEx website , we will be charged extra fee about $40.

Import tax 

We are not liable for any import tax. Custom fee or custom delay. If the parcel return back to us due to the buyer refuse to pay the above fee. We will not resent the parcel until the buyer compete those fee and pay all the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request the refund based on the above reason.

We will try our best to help our buyer to minimize the rise of paying the taxes. As our experience, 90% the parcel can reach to the buyer without paying any taxes, such as stating the item as a sample or a gift , but you still find the price is lower than the standard even you are chosen to pay the customs

Return & Refund

All items are brand new straight from the factory. In case you receive the faulty item, please contact us within 3 days after sign on the receipt, we will refund or replace it.

Return within 7 days after receipt can be refund( excluded the shipping fee)

Return within 20 days after receipt can be replace

Return within 1 year from the purchase date can be repaired.

It's the customer responsibility to paid for return postage and ship the item back to us , we will send it back at our cost.

All return should be confirmed by our after service staff, we are not liable for any return without a prior notice.

For non-defective return, there will be administrative fee applied.

Warranty

One year factory warranty. (accessories not included)

Warranty will be voided as of:

(1) damage caused by undue wear & tear. Misused, improper installation or operation neglect accident.

(2) Any damage caused by improper packaging when buyer returns to us

(3) If the item was dissemble or repaired by unauthorized person
