1 . Is there any discount for bulk order?

Yes, we can provide wholesale price. If you need more or you want customized products contact us for further discussion. We are 18 hours online for you.  (except holiday). 

2. Do you support drop shipping? 

Yes, We accept drop shipping. Please place order with correct address. Don't leave a delivery address different from your account address. Different address price is quite different, please feel free to contact us for quotation.

The Pictures of all products we sell are real shoot.

4. How about the Quality?

Quality is our core competence. We own brand TOWNSBOX and top 10 factories from China as our suppliers. Every products will be inspected strictly before shipping to ensure each clients can get wonderful products with high quality. There are some terrible seller use our picture sell bad quality product with lower price. We suggest you buy a sample for comparison before you do bulk purchasing .

Once you received our product, no matter what problems you have, please feel free to contact us in time. We will try our best to solve your problem base on mutual benefit. We will reply your issue once we see your message soon. 

6. Why the Logistics are so slow to some countries?

All of our products almost have thin profit, and we ship them for free to most countries, so we cant afford expensive Express, such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS. We choose relatively favorable China Post Air Mail or Hongkong Post, normally it takes about 15-35 days in most of regions of the world, only few remote areas need more time for shipping, please wait patiently. If you are in urgent need of our products, you can also choose DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS, but you should pay corresponding Logistics fees. Full refund if product isnt received in guaranteed delivery time.

7. Order proccessing time.

Order proceesing time takes about 1-5 days. Customized order may takes longer time.

8. Shipping methods

We ship worldwide by EMS DHL FEDEX UPS E-Packet, China Post, Singapore Post, Hongkong Post and so on.

We are unable to control the delivery time because it is processed by Third-party service, but if the parcel has not arrive within expected time, please contact us, we will help you to track it and give you a satisfied reply. 

9.Will there be any tax or handle fees on my order?

Most of orders would be deliveried to clients directly. Some orders may need you support to do the customs clearance or pay tax and so on when it reach your country. The tax is charged by your government.  As usually, the carrier would send you email/ message or call you to offer some files like "invoice" to finish customs clearance. You just need to do as they request. If you need us help to make invoice, just leave message to note us.  Before placing order, make sure you know how to handble customs clearance and you clear your government's tax policy. When placing order,  you can leave message to note us your request on packing, shipping, invoice etc. which would avoid any delayed on customs clearance and tax. Some countries like Brazil, Spain are strictly on customs. For any other questions, feel free to let me know firstly.
