2.The shipping fee and the shipping time depends on the country you are located. The shipping time for some countries like Brazil, Mexico, Chile, African countries will be more longer than other countries.

3.During the special holiday like Chinese Festival Holiday, National Holiday, the shipping time will be a little longer.

4.Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding/buying. But usually we will write the lower value to help you to aviod the problems at the customs, but we can not control that. 

Return and Exchange Policy

-Try your items on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing. If there is any problem, and in order to solve your problem as soon as possible, please contact us first via Aliexpress message.

-If goods are damaged in transit, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us within 7 days of receipt for returns instructions.

-If we sent the wrong style or the wrong color, we could refund you money or exchange for you. Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.

-If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days from the delivered date.

Return Notes:
1.Items should be returned within 7days from the delivered date.
2.Items should be unused, undamaged and in original package.
3.Return shipping should be paid by buyer for non-qualiy issue.( Size issue do not belong to quality issue)
4.We will charge 10% restocking fee for non-qualiy return.
5.You need to take all the necessary logistics costs returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.
6.We will declare the parcel as a gift at low value to avoid problems at the customs. Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller`s) return address. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
7.Please provide us the tracking number, specific reason for the returns and your ID. After we received your return package, we will refund your money to your account within 2-7working days.

8.Don't accept the return for any reasons if you chose the customization.
