If you purchase optical products of glass materials such as filters/attenuators/mirrors/spectroscopes, please pay special attention to:

1. Avoid storing filters in humid and high temperature environment.

2. Avoid hard scratches on the surface of filter and crushing of heavy objects.

3. Lens should be taken with fingerprints or rubber gloves. If not, wash and dry your hands before taking them. Lens should be placed lightly on lens paper, not on rough or hard surfaces, so as not to be damaged. When dust or fingerprints are touched, a small amount of industrial alcohol or ethanol should be dipped in a cotton swab or a cotton ball, and gently wiped. Do not exert force, slowly moving in one direction. Wipe the whole lens at one time, avoid rubbing back and forth, wait for the solvent to cool and then put it in the appropriate position for use.

4. Coloured optical filters should be used at temperatures not exceeding 80 degrees. They need to be used at high temperatures. It should be explained to the sellers that only after being tempered can they be used at high temperatures, but it is better not to exceed 250 degrees in order to avoid damaging the filters.

5. In the process of using the filter, we should avoid the sudden rise and fall of temperature. If the temperature difference is too large, it will cause the breakdown of the filter. Please operate with caution.

6. Combination of filter with instrument or device: If there are threads on the instrument or device, the filter can be installed on the corresponding ring and then screwed on the device; if there are no threads only structural parts, the filter can be glued to it with AB or ultraviolet glue. If not, you can communicate with customer service and provide relevant guidance.
