Circuit connection: Please connect the power supply and load as circuitry ，The first digital tube shows the temperature of starting (up),and the second shows the temperature of the stop (below). If temperature sensor is lost or damage, the nixie tube will show“- - -”.Please make sure the temperature sensor has been installed before you use it.

Indicator light and nixie tube state instructions

1、Indicator light: If the relay disconnect  , the indicator light will put out . If the relay connect ,the indicator light will be bright.

2、Nixie tube: If the nixie tube show”- - -”,please check as following: 1、if the temperature sensor is lost or damage. 2, if it’s on heating mode high temperature protection 3,if it’s on refrigeration mode low temperature protection. If it on the two protection mode ,the relay will disconnect

Buttons: There are three buttons on the temperature control : button+ ,button -, SET button. 

1、Button+: it used for digital cumulate fast.

2、Button-: it used for digital diminishing fast.

3、SET button: There are three effect for the SET button.1, Set the temperature  2,Check the temperature and operating mode  3,Set the parameter.

4、SET( Short press):The nixie tube will blink according to the short press times, you could set the temperature when it blink. The temperature will be autosave within 5s once you finish. You could also press three times to save.

5、Set(Long press): You could enter the interface for actual temperature and operating mode ,Nixie tube(up) is actual temperature ,Nixie tube(below) is operating mode. C means refrigeration, H means heating mode, OFF means stop.

 

Mode setting:

1、High temperature start refrigeration mode:  Set TEMP1 > TEMP2.

If the detection temperature ≥ TEMP1  ,the relay will connect and start refrigeration mode; if the detection temperature ≤ TEMP2, the relay will disconnect and stop the refrigeration mode. For example: We set the TEMP1 is 30℃, TEMP2 is 25℃, when the detection temperature ≥30℃, the relay will connect and the indicator light(Red) lit; when the detection temperature≤25℃,the relay disconnect, the indicator put out.

2、Low temperature start heating mode:  Set TEMP1  <TEMP2.

If the detection temperature ≤ TEMP1 , the relay will connect and start heating mode; if the detection temperature ≥ TEMP2, the relay will disconnect and stop the heating mode. For example: We set the TEMP1 is 25℃, TEMP2 is 30℃, when the detection temperature≤25℃, the relay will connect and the indicator light(Red) lit; when the detection temperature≥30℃,the relay disconnect, the indicator put out.

3.TEMP1=TEMP2  temperature control will be off and relay disconnect.

 

Parameter setting:

Please pay attention to following: You must be press the SET button first then supply the power to the temperature control , then you can enter the parameter setting interface. there are three groups parameter P0-P2 for your reference.

P0 Setting:   temperature compensation

P1 Setting:  0.1 means the temp control will work after 0.1 hour. During this period the digital tube is not bright. If you want to run again, You should restart the power supply.

P2 Setting:  0.1 means the temp control will stop work after 0.1 hour. If you want to run again, You should restart the power supply.
