Size Chart:

Warm reminder: When you choose size, please make sure your waist/bust can wear into.

If dress back design is Lace up: means you can adjust bust size several centimeters.

If dress back design is Zipper: means you can’t adjust bust size. You can ask local tailor to fit it a little.

Some formal Dresses’ top part left and right has extra fabric inside which is for your tailor to modify bust if you need.

1, Bust size: This is not your Bra size. Wear an unpadded bra (Dress has built-in bra). You don't need to wear bra when you measure your bust size. You don't need to wear bra again when you wear this dress.

2, Waist size: the smaller part of waist, see the dress design. Waist line is about 3cm above your belly button. Make sure your waist is smaller than dress waist so that you can wear into it. Keep tape slightly loose to allow breathing room.

3, Length/Hips: It is Factory Standard length/hips. If you want to make your Length/hips, please contact us to pay extra cost.

Factory has produced formal size for many years. Because new customers often measure themselves incorrectly, any complaints or dispute of size are not accepted, so please measure your size seriously before buy.

Note 1: If Size chart hasn’t your size, you want to make your size, please contact us to pay extra cost. You can adjust several centimeters on both sides of bust, you can modify it by yourself or in the tailor’s shop, then it will fit you. In order to avoid the inconvenience of changing size, please choose size according to your own measurements.

Note 2: Allow size 1~4cm difference because of different people measurements.

Allow minor difference because of different people and different cameras/mobiles/computers. Because computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly same as the photos you saw.

(1), Custom Made. If you want to make your size (Bust/waist/length), please contact us to pay extra cost in advance.

You also can pay to your tailor to fit it if you want to wear as yours.

(2), Shipment and Delivery.

Shipping is different from delivery. Seller can ship out fast, but Delivery speed depends on buyer’s Customs/Post. 

Nobody can control buyer’s official speed. Please understand. We don’t take the responsibility for any shipping accidents, delays or other matters result from shipping carriers or force majeure reasons.

If you need faster shipment, please choose Express shipping way you want and pay extra cost. Or contact us in advance.

If post to Brazil, please tell us the receiver CPF in the message box. Brazil Post requires it.

We do not guarantee delivery time due to differences in buyers’ customs clearance time, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. 

Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. 

We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.

(4), Return Policy. No return no refund.

All items are tested seriously and take video and photos before sending out. Factory only has low profit and even doesn’t have profit sometimes because of shipping cost, so please be friendly and don’t request refund.

If you are a picky buyer, please contact customer service to pay extra USD200 to see whether can help you to make high requirement item or not. Please don’t imagine the quality of USD50 items same as USD250.

A. If you want to return it, please leave a message to us firstly. If we agree, we will provide you shipping address.

B. Buyer needs to make sure that items returned are in original conditions and original package (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with original tags and packages). All returns must be sent within 5 days of the shipment being received. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer is responsible for such damage or loss, and buyer will not get refund. The buyer shall try to file a claim with the logistics company to recover the cost of damage or loss.

C. Buyers are responsible for returning shipping fee with original package and original conditions. When you click the button to return, you will get refund including shipping fee after confirmation.

Because all these dresses are made by human-hands,  all dresses are not promised 100% same as the original pictures.

1. Size or Fit Issues

As all dresses are hand sewn and customer tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately 1 inch in the specified measurements.

To ensure that dress will still fit you perfectly, factory has created dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If the dress doesn't fit perfectly, you can fix it at local store. If you find the products are not suitable for you and have questions, you can leave a message to us directly.

In order to avoid sizing and fit issues, please check Size Chart carefully when you place order, you also can give me your exact measurements. 

2. Color

Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong, please contact us to see if a return is possible.
