Once you've made sure the note of damage is on the delivery receipt, tell the delivery driver that you refuse to accept the damaged package, then contact us immediately. As soon as we confirm with our carrier, we'll get a replacement on its way to you.

If you received a partial order, contact us immediately. In this case, please email us pictures of the partial order you received. As soon as we confirm with our shipping dept., we'll get a replacement on its way to you.
