SHIPMENT

        When you place an order, please select the appropriate shipping method and pay for the order including shipping cost. We will dispatch the ordered products within 1~2 weeks when your payment is passed through Aliexpress system audit; if you’ve any special requirements / questions on the ordered products, please contact the seller before the payment.

       We couldn’t guarantee the delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs efficiency in individual countries. Furthermore, please note the buyers shall be responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, tariffs and taxes in buyers’ country. These additional fees might be collected at the time of delivery.

RETURN / REFUND

      If the seller did not dispatch the ordered products within the specified time, then the freezed funds would be returned to you (the buyer). Since most of our products are consumables, we usually do not accept the returns unless we dispatch the wrong products. If the ordered products are damaged or loss during the transportation, you (the buyer) shall point it out within 3 days of your receipt.
